Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
To start a return, email hello@deadfolkprophet.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Stickers that have been used or removed from their backing
- Worn, washed, or altered apparel
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
